Beautymix provides clear international shipping information, including shipping charges, delivery times, order processing and tracking.
📦 1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is received.
- Once an order has been processed and handed over to the courier for dispatch, the customer will receive an email containing the tracking number and tracking information.
💵 2. Shipping Charges
- All purchases are subject to an applicable courier shipping charge.
- A fixed shipping charge applies to each shipment. The shipping charge is determined by the destination region and the package type (Light, Medium or Heavy). The applicable shipping charge will be shown according to the destination and package type.

🌍 3. International Shipping Rates by Region
- Beautymix provides international shipping to selected destinations worldwide.
- Shipping charges are applied per shipment and are based on the destination region and package type.
- The applicable shipping rates are shown in the table above.
🚚 4. Available Shipping Services
- Beautymix uses “Sri Lanka Post” as its primary international shipping service for deliveries to supported destinations.
- Where Sri Lanka Post does not provide shipping services to a particular destination, Beautymix may arrange delivery through an alternative international courier service.
- The applicable shipping charge remains fixed according to the destination region and package type, regardless of which courier service is used.
⏱️ 5. Delivery Times
- Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days.
- After dispatch, international delivery typically takes approximately 4–8 business days, depending on the destination, courier service and customs clearance.
- Therefore, the total estimated delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days, including order processing and international transit.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, courier operations, customs clearance and circumstances outside Beautymix’s control.
📍 6. Tracking Your Order
- After your order has been dispatched, Beautymix will provide the tracking number and tracking information by email.
- Customers can use the tracking information to follow their parcel through the relevant courier’s tracking website or through the Global Track & Trace site, https://globaltracktrace.ptc.post/gtt.web/
- Tracking information becomes available after the order has been handed over to the courier.
🛃 7. Customs & Import Clearance
- International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country.
- Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other destination-country charges are separate from the shipping charges paid to Beautymix. Such charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and may be payable by the customer in accordance with applicable local regulations. These charges are not included in the Beautymix shipping charge unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Customers are responsible for complying with the import requirements of their destination country and for any applicable customs duties, taxes or other charges that may arise upon importation.
- Customs clearance may also affect the final delivery time and may result in delays beyond the estimated delivery period.
